BioGee, what can I say, I'm currently oh hiatus from doing my PhD in clothing history (except I'm part of the English department at the University of Manchester - I seem to wind up in the strangest places... ). My specialty and main obsession is 16th c. English clothing. I have many hobbies & intrests besides historical clothing & textiles, ranging from torching things (I mean lampworking), to tying things up in knots (I mean lacemaking), and wasting gold leaf at furious rate on my manuscript illuminations. Oh and I like to dress up in funny clothes for various reenactment events too. I've run out of things to say, so, so long and thanks for all the fish!
